Pick-Up Policies
We strive to make every grooming visit seamless and comfortable for your pet. Our standard grooming appointment lasts approximately 2 to 3 hours. If your schedule requires an early drop-off (greater than 15 minutes) or an extended stay, please let us know in advance so we can plan ahead for your pet's stay. For their comfort, we request pick-up within 30 minutes of our team notifying you that they are ready.
