Terms of Service & Grooming Waiver

  • Service Authorization: By submitting this form, you authorize Shear Bliss Pet Salon to perform grooming services for your pet.

  • Pet Comfort & Safety: We take every precaution to provide a safe, calm environment, especially for senior pets or pets with special health needs. However, you acknowledge that grooming can occasionally uncover or aggravate pre-existing health conditions.

  • Emergency Care Authorization: In the event of a medical issue or emergency, you grant permission for Shear Bliss Pet Salon to seek immediate veterinary care at the owner's expense. You release Shear Bliss Pet Salon and its team from liability regarding accidents or pre-existing conditions.

  • Matted Coat Policy: Severely matted coats require extra time and specialized care, incurring additional fees. While our team works with extreme care, matting removal carries an inherent risk of minor skin irritation or nicks.

  • Agreement: Submission of this registration acts as your agreement to our General, Matted Pet, and Senior Pet Release policies.
